My project manager was Thiago, and right from the beginning it was a great experience. He is very easy to work with and always answered my questions or quickly reached out to his manager and got right back to me. He explained carefully all of the steps in replacing my old shake roof, and also the process in terms of contracts, timelines, and payments.

His crew was fantastic as well. They worked so hard and efficiently! The roof was finished in a much shorter time than I had imagined. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

No one wants to hassle with contractors, do they? You never know what you are going to get, so I wasn't happy when I found out our roof was being replaced. On the first day I noticed the team who showed up were incredible! They moved with a great pace. I had to be in the house the whole time until it was finished so I heard everything but soon realized that they were very much in control of this project. Of course, there is going to be a mess after they remove the tiles, and I was not even expecting them to clean up but our yard looked like they had never even been there EVERY DAY. They worked in the sun and long hours. It only took them I'm going to say 2 1/2 days! Because of the crew that they have this job was done more than satisfactory, they worked as a powerful crew and knew what they were doing. Our neighbors commented and even wanted to know who was doing the work for us. The last thing left was the approval by the city of San Jose inspection. I talked to him personally and he asked if we were happy with the job they did and I said they were outstanding. He said, and I can quote this, "I could tell they had done a great job before I even went up to look at it." So that says a lot about this company. Marcus was our project manager, very professional and a very nice guy. If you need a quote, call them, this is a legit review for this company's excellence! I got Diamond Ridge roofing systems from Angi and they just helped me got my sunroom roof fixed. I like their high energy and great customer service, and good people who have done the work. It is originally not a big project and hard for me to find contractors. I am so happy to link to Diamond Ridge Roofing systems and they are willing to help me get the problem fixed. GREAT! Really appreciated this company and Felipe!

Another reviewer on Yelp recently spoke to the honesty of this company.

I can vouch for the same. Felipe came out today (after we called yesterday, for an estimate), after we discovered them on Angi's list. He spent nearly an hour looking at our upper and lower roof, as we had discovered a water spot on our ground level ceiling. He was very thorough and looked in every place that he thought the roof might possibly admit water, but could not find places where the runoff (from chimney/walls of house) might admit a large enough amount of water that would cause the damage that we were seeing. Instead, he deduced that the evidence seems to be of a plumbing, not roofing issue. He thoroughly checked our roof exterior and told us that he felt the shingles/flashing/nails seemed in good shape for now, and though this type of roof should need replacement soon, he felt it would hold up another 2-3 years.

He did not charge us for the estimate, did not try to sell us products we did not need, and could've easily found reason for us to spend money with a roofing company, as another has told us they thought the spotting was a "roof" problem, but I definitely feel confident that their professional opinion reflects honest dealings and when it IS time for us to replace the roof in a couple of years, we will definitely look to this company to work with!

Denio Medeiros - Sales Manager from Diamond Ridge Roofing Systems. Diamond Ridge Roofing did an Amazing job for us. The workers were always on time, they clean up very well when they finish at the end of day. The great thing about the company is Denio Medeiros walked us through the process so we never felt like we were lost. Denio also came by to check on the process to make sure that things were going smoothly many times. They put a new roof on for us, gave us new gutters and down spouts. I am very impressed with Diamond Ridge Roofing Systems. They were responsive from the moment I called and even called after the job was done, making sure I was satisfied. Leo kept us informed of the progress so there were no surprises. The installers were very polite and respectful and did a great job on my new roof. I know it’s a small thing, but they went the extra mile in picking up the debris and nearly every one of the nails. That meant a lot to us. Just one more reason to consider them if you’re in need of a new roof! They made the process smooth and simple. Thanks Leo!
