This project scope involved a stunning transformation of the roof, elevating the aesthetic of the house and bringing a modern style result. Located in Watsonville, CA, the work was completed in just 2 weeks after delivery of the tiles, involving a full demolition of the old system, install new OSB 1/2” plywood, boral peel and stick waterproof underlayment, and the installation of new structural elements that require minimal maintenance and incorporate the exceptional durability and longevity of concrete tiles.
